Malamav Community and Human Services, Inc. provides person-centered Day Habilitation programs with the goal to help developmentally disabled individuals become more independent and self-sufficient with day to day activities. This Habilitation Program is also intended to reduce the need for institutional care.
Our staff facilitates recreational activities, communication development exercises, and socialization opportunities. We want these individuals to pursue their passions and set goals for themselves. In fact, many of those who have been through our Day Habilitation programs are able to sustain gainful employment and maintain their own apartment or living space. We strive to integrate the developmentally disabled into a society where they can be thriving members of their respective communities.
